The eMagazine PreSense is pleased to announce the 'fourth' initiative from its Parivar. PreSense was started in March 2006 as a monthly digital eMagazine on the suggestions of Dr Abdul Kalam to spread positive vibrations Till October 2017, PreSense has published 128 editions.
PreSense is successfully managing three initiatives viz. Education Loan Task Force (ELTF), Sansad Ratna Awards for outstanding Parliamentarians and Digital Journalists Association of India (DiJAI).
As a fourth initiative, PreSense is launching 'Digital Security Association of India' (DiSAI) as a non profit Public Trust and NGO. This NGO has Trustees with expertise in technology and academic field. V Rajendran, Editor of PreSense is the Founder and Chairman of DiSAI. Prof. Dr. R Jagannathan, Editorial Team Member and former Vice Chancellor of Middle East University (UAE) and American Medical University (West Indies) will be the President of the new initiative.
Why DiSAI?
Presently the world is talking about Computer Security, Network Security, Internet Security, System Security, Information security and Cyber Security. With the emergence of technology and digital economy across the globe, including India, ethical security, moral security, societal security, functional security and legal security assume greater significance. The new initiative DiSAI, as an NGO will embark on a new journey in this new direction keeping the technology as backbone.

The result is that the Government has lost a golden opportunity to make out a convincing case in defence of its performance in managing the economy. For, it is not without a defensible record. It could have easily established how Sinha's use of expressions such as "collapse", "unmitigated disaster" and the like are instances of overkill on his part and how they are inapplicable to the present situation.But it is keeping quiet....that kind of attitude is what will lose votes for the NDA....
