Mr thukral is right.considering the the wind&will of common people,
the people who are engaged in corruption may also think to stop
their wrong way ,such people should have the facility to do so .in
Maharashtra recently the case of corrupt p.a. of one minister rajendra
darda is located by anti corruption. immediately after that gazetted
officer union of Maharashtra organised a training program for all
staff of mantralaya Mumbai , to tell the staff how to handle their
life expenses with their own salary.i think it is a good step.
