Dear Friends, I am happy to share a video summary of my latest article "Post-Orientalism and Geopolitics: Three debates that Inform Islam and US Foreign policy". This article was published in the Spring issue of Insight Turkey and examines how Islamic studies in the West has evolved and how that impacts US foreign policy. The key element is the summary of the three debates between Bernard Lewis and co, and John Esposito et al, on (1) The Clash of Civilizations (2) The Compatibility of Islam and Democracy (3) US Foreign Policy and Political Islam. We are pleased to share with you that Prime Point Foundation completes 20 years of its journey on 5th July 2020.  

In the challenging journey of 20 years, the Foundation has made humble contributions in communication awareness, youth development and many other fields.  

The eMagazine PreSense started in March 2006 on the suggestion of Dr APJ Abdul Kalam for positive journalism has so far published 160 editions till June 2020.

PreSense has five successful initiatives viz (1) Education Loan Task Force (ELTF) (2) Sansad Ratna Awards, (3) Next Gen Political Leaders (NGPL), (4) Digital Journalists Association of India (DiJAI) and (5) Digital Security Association of India (DiSAI).

In this journey of 20 years, many people have helped us through their association  to move forward.  

Inorder to acknowledge the contributions made by many wellwishers and thank them, we have organised a Zoom Meet on Sunday, 5th July 2020 at 6 PM.

Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal, Hon'ble Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs has kindly consented to be the Chief Guest.

[India_Vision_2020] Mithra Times_An Inspirational Girl's Story_Published in July 2020 [2 Attachments]

 

Hi All,

Namaskaram!

We are putting many articles about the achievements of Mugavari Students. I am sharing it to everyone.

In that way, somehow Mithra Times Monthly Magazine has noticed an article  named "An Inspirational Girl's Story" about Dr.G.Deepa (MF200) who is doing her MD (Paediatrics) at Grant Medical College, Mumbai sharing in Facebook.

Then they have published it in their Monthly Magazine (July 2020). It is really a great pleasure and a recognition for the Mugavari Foundation and also for the Mugavari Students.

Already, they have published an article named "தோன்றாத் தொண்டு" in May 2020 in their Magazine..

At this time, I have to thank Mithra Times - Monthly Magazine for this recognition.

[India_Vision_2020] My last wish...

 

Important message 

My humble self has finished all my responsibilities except one. 

With God's grace I had given my Agaramthen lands worth of 75Lakhs to my wife through a registered settlement deed by pledging the Sriperumbudur dtcp land which I bought in my mom's name for her survival. 

My last responsibility 

To revoke my pledged property ( in the name of mom) from a friend and handover it for her sustenance. 

My last wish with a small note... 

Here goes the small note... 

This body is to serve. Served all the beings with love so far as an instrument of God for nearly two decades - touching many lives of Leprosy cured, Differently abled, Irulas, Gypsies, Social workers,Dogs, Cows, Fishes etc living a life of vegetarian with a motto work builds charity destroys while alive with all your support. Thanks. 

Here goes My last wish... 

My humble self body to be donated to Madras Medical College students for their study and research... 

My humble request 

See to that my last wish happens as God's will and play your bit when time comes as time is limited in this space....

My message 

Meditate, Meditate more, Meditate most and more, Love yourself and Serve others.

[India_Vision_2020] Happy Doctors Day_Mugavari Foundation

 

Hi All,

Namaskaram!

A Girl's dream of becoming a doctor was the reason for the rise of Mugavari Foundation in 2002. Mr.A.R.Murugadoss Anna sown the first seed and  helped that Girl to make her dream come true. This first seed was the reason for the Mugavari Foundation to grow and get the ripened fruits in many numbers.

It all started with this, and after 18 years, today Mugavari Foundation has  grown gradually to a family of 441 Students with many Good Hearted Sponsors.

Out of 441 Students, there are 113 Medical Students in which 15 Students are doctors already in Govt. and Private Hospitals, 7 Students are doing their PG, 25 Students are CRRI (Trainee Doctors). The remaining students are studying Final Year, Pre Final Year, Second year and First Year in various Government Medical Colleges of Tamil Nadu.

Today is Doctor's Day. So I wish everyone a Happy Doctor's Day who are the real superheroes of the Nation.

Mugavari Foundation is feeling proud that we are dedicating many doctors from all over Tamil Nadu to serve the nation. In Mugavari we always focus on the Medical Students and because of this, the Mugavari Foundation is the only Foundation in Tamil Nadu to help many Medical Students to get their Higher Education.

Even now our Mugavari Medical Students are treating the Covid19 Patients to recover from the Pandemic. At this time, I want to thank all the sponsors who were the great backbone for this all to happen.

Let us all pray and bless the students to make all their dreams come in serving for a social cause.

Gratitude is Heart's Memory.
