I agree with this. At every level we need people watch group who can be contacted and whose help can be mobilized for people who have to deal with officials who demand. Only in an organized manner we can fight deep rooted corruption....

I would say, play the role of facilitators instead of watch dogs. By this we would be able to simplify life for the common man and at the same time bringing awareness among all. Corruption starts with the individual and spreads to officials....

How about setting up IAC chapters at district and tehshil level as citizens watch groups to assist and give support to people encountering difficulties with government officials. We need persistence, focus and constant vigil to change...
