Indeed if we have to meet need of skill manpower for industry and purposefully employ millions of young people ; only way is to provide loans to these young but poor people to pay for study . It should be given with no collateral or guarantee ( they have none). Let us train each person with 18 years of age for livelihood and career. No indian should be without paid work and loans must flow for this to happen. Jai hind.

by sensitising the borrowers of education loans for prompt
repayment, once they settle down in good jobs.
Delinquency caused by them, sometimes forces the Bankers
to refuse loans to even genuine borrowers.
