I agree with Mr Desikan that anonymous complaints should be
discouraged. Thee are numerous instances, where innocent and honest
people are harassed through anonymous complaints. If the affected
people have fear, let us help them to connect with genuine consumer
organisation, human right bodies and other social organisations.
The world is not full of bad people. There are lot of good and honest people in the Government Departments, Police Departments, etc. We can also take their guidance.
Positive approach to the issues will always yield better results.
