[India_Vision_2020] June 2010 issue of ezine on 'Financial (il)literacy' - A snap survey

hi all

Can you kindly spare 3 minutes and give your views today itself.  We need some more views from youngsters.

srinivasan

dear friends

June issue of ezine will focus on Financial (il)literacy'.  Over a period of 10 or 15 years, due to globalisation of economy, the savings, investment, spending pattern has changed tremendously.  There is also more money flow in the hands of youngsters.  They are also being bombarded with various powerful marketing messages to avail various loans, credit cards, facilities, etc.  Are they really taking advantage of this situation for betterment or are they falling into 'debt trap'?

In this issue, we will be analysing the present trend among youngsters.  We also want to analyse, to what extent, youngsters are aware or not aware of financial management, when they handle more money.

We have designed a snap survey to get the feel of the youngsters.  Please visit the following and give your frank and free views.  Your identify is not required. Based on the feedback, we will get the views from experts. The survey findings and the expert views will be published in our June 10 issue and will be released as usual on the first of next month.

Re: [India_Vision_2020] Any good solutions for keeping school premises clean?

This is what I had written to someone else too when asked on the topic...

Like this, can we also try out events to encourage innovation in schools? If not innovation, at least good habits like maintaining a clean and green environment in school....ok, I am writing this out of the top of my mind while at work folks, so please do not mind the sudden switch from scientific innovations (as given in the article) to clean school environments.

Let us pick 3-4 schools, talk to the HM, and form a team in each of the schools. Let us take 4-5 parameters, say,

  • Clean toilets
  • Greenery
  • Clean classes (no cobwebs etc) and dustbins installed in every classroom
  • One more
  • One more 'one more'
Those teams will be responsible for maintaining the above parameters... In a quarter, our teams will inspect these aspects 4-5 times at least in each of the schools and rate the performance. The cumulative scores will account for the final prize winner..and that will come as a good incentive to theschool from us.

Thanks and Regards,

Dear  Anusha Radha Krishnan,

Greetings!

I personally take time to thank you and to express my gratitude for recognizing the Doctors sincere and honorable services towards the needy and background community.

We would like to recommend the Doctors who are treating the backward community with love and care that too in a low fees by running their own clinics. They are giving the best treatment for all the people who come to their clinics. Now my humble question is How many doctors can be referred by a single person? Is all the nominated Doctors will receive the award? please do clarify us the above questions to recommend the Doctors who are serving the poor and needy community from their deeds.

Thanking you,

Sincerely,

Jayakumar
