IIT Madras, Prime Point Foundation and emagazine PreSense jointly organise a National Seminar on Politics, Democracy and Governance at Central Lecture Theatre, (CLT), IIT Madras on Saturday the 11th July 2015.
Shri Srinivasa Prabhu, Director of Lok Sabha Secretariat will make a presentation on the Indian Parliamentary System.
Dr Justice A R Lakshmanan (Former Judge, Supreme Court of India and Former Chairman of Law Commission of India) will present the Sansad Maha Ratna Awards and Sansad Ratna Awards to top performing Lok Sabha Members. This award is instituted by Prime Point Foundation and emagazine PreSense.
In the post lunch session, 8 eminent speakers will present papers on the theme 'Towards India 2020'. We are happy that you are also sharing your views in this session.
The day long session will be very useful for civil service aspirants, political aspirants, social workers and those who are interested in the national development. I attach herewith the complete programme schedule.
I request you to kindly circulate among your young political aspirants and contacts. There is no participation fee. We will provide Tea and lunch to all participants. With lot of efforts, we are trying to bring various experts together to take the nation forward.
