Sri Ramakrishna Math, Mylapore, Chennai is rehabilitating leprosy cured but deformed persons (LCDPs) for the past 32 years. So far 1640 persons from Chennai, Kanchipuram, Thiruvalluvar districts rehabilitated.
Glad to be a part of silent revolution since 2004 in the rehabilitation of gross deformed leprosy afflicted. Happy to have served with like minded folks like Shri. Siva NMS - Leprosy and Smt. Padma Venkatraman, the daughter of President Late Mr Venkatraman for 10 years in Leprosy services - proudly my humble self can say we have together eliminated Leprosy today though not eradicated.
