There is a book called 'The Writing on the Wall: India Checkmates America 2017' authored by General S Padmanabhan (Former chief of Army Staff).
Awesome read for people who are interested in knowing how our country must prepare itself against any external aggression by a developed country.
With regards to material on 'India Vision 2020', this book, I believe, will provide a good insight of India's preparedness to defend its borders against any hostile attack. Moreover, it will give a good idea of how India should develop strong diplomatic tries and good strategic relations with friendy countries.
