Thanks for all those who shared their views on ;employee communication' in our survey for the next ezine. Many of the respondents have mentioned about the internal magazines, intranet, etc. as the best communication techniques adopted by their companies
Nowadays, every small or big company have started distributing their own newsletters to their employees. In that connection, in order to focus more on employee communication tools in our ezine, i want the following information, based on your experience. You may kindly write to me personally and not to the group.
1. Generally, what is the response from the employees, when they receive such house magazines, newsletters from the management. Do they read fully? Is the purpose of the employee commnication served fully? Please give your frank views. You need not mention the names of the companies. We do not intend to mention any names. We want to discuss only the points,
2. Some companies may practise very good strategies to bring employees closer, beyond newsletters and magazines. Have you every found either in your or other organisations such good techniques.? If so, please share the information. Also mention about how the companies maintain relationship with their past / retired employees? (something beyond regular official letters, newsletters, etc.)
