Very important message
No restrictions can be imposed by any sort of Virus for my Inner Travel - Light and Sound as vehicle of God.
The message now is meditate, more meditate, most and more meditate with ITS grace.
The first step to meditation is mental chanting.
Simple chanting for my protection - As I repeat the same name of God (which I hold dear) mentally, the divine positive energy from God's Name creates a protective shield around me.
Chanting steps
Sit relaxed on a mat with backbone straight and erect. ie Sit still, please.
Close both the eyes as in sleep, and look sweetly, lovingly, intently into the the darkness lying in front of the eyes.
Repeat mentally anyone name of God which I hold dear slowly with love. Note - Choose just one name of God and repeat mentally the same Name during every chant.
[For example anyone name of God: Ram, Hari, Sai, Satnaam, HU, AUM pronounced "OOOMMM", Allaha, Yesuappa, or any other name as wish]
Note - Those who are initiated, repeat the mantra very slowly and mentally given at the time of initiation.
Crux - As I repeat the Name of God, the divine positive energy from God's Name creates a protective shield around me.

from light to sound.
