Hi All,
Namaskaram!
A Girl was born in a small village which is very near to Dharmapuri. Her Father is a small scale farmer and she belongs to a poor Financial Background. She has done her schooling upto SSLC in Avvaiyar Govt. Girls High School in Dharmapuri and scored 479 out of 500.
Then after seeing her good performance in SSLC, Pachamuthu Matric. Higher Secondary School located in Dharmapuri came forward to give her Free Education in Higher Secondary Education. Then She scored 1178 out of 1200 in her 12th Standard in which she scored Centum in three main subjects.
Then she attended the Medical Counselling in Chennai and got an MBBS Seat in 2013 at Stanley Medical College, Chennai. But she was unable to proceed to her Higher Education due to the poor economic condition of the family. Seeing the condition of her family and the Girl's hard work, a Foundation came forward to help her to continue the studies.
After this, She started sharpening her academics to make her dream come true in a noble profession. Not only that, She also got involved in all the activities conducted by the Foundation which helped her. She was also the Selection Committee Member of that Foundation which helps to identify the pure talent and the deserved students.. She is also a familiar girl in that Foundation due to her involvement and her friendly nature.
She completed her MBBS in the year 2019 with a good academic score. Then she started preparing for the PG NEET Entrance Exam.
Due to her continuous efforts and perseverance, she got MD (Paediatrics) in Grant Medical College, Mumbai which was founded in the year 1845. It is one of the oldest and ranked consistently in the top 10 Medical Colleges in India.
Today (26.06.2020) she joined the Grant Medical College in Mumbai.
During her MBBS study period itself, she kept the aim in Paediatrics field and finally now she achieved it by her determination and spirit. She often says when she takes MD Seat then she always wants to choose a Paediatrics field.
She is none other than our Mugavari Medical Student Dr.G.Deepa (MF200). The Foundation which came to help her is the Mugavari Foundation.
Dr.Akila Senthilkumar Mam (Associate Professor, Shri Balaji Medical College, Chennai) has helped Dr.G.Deepa through Mugavari Foundation. Dr.Akila Mam made her complete the MBBS without any economic difficulties. More than this, she gave her valuable guidance to Dr.G.Deepa to achieve her dreams. She is also a great mentor for all the Mugavari Medical Students.
I want to thank Dr.Akila Senthilkumar Mam at this time for being a great support to the Mugavari Foundation.
Personally for me, I always say her as My Doctor. There may be many doctors in the Mugavari Foundation, but she always captures a unique place by her Silence and Innocence in my life as a caring sister. Not only me, Every Mugavari Student likes her due to her caring and friendly nature.
Let us all pray to the almighty and congratulate Dr.G.Deepa to achieve her dreams in the Medical Field to serve the society.
