Re: Re: [India_Vision_2020] Special children - Listen to Dr Kalam

Dear Prof.Asha,

I would like to acknowledge the fact that there is a strong reticulation between the field of Engineering and Medical sciences. My opinion about your propensity to develop assistive devices for the special children, is to have atleast a Physiotherapist as a team member of your project. This is because Physiotherapists learn an important subject called 'BIOMECHANICS'. A good scholar in Biomechanics will be able to pour ample of innovative ideas to introduce new assessments, new treatments and also help in the development of assistive devices with ratiocination, which you are looking for. Best of luck!

R.VINODH RAJKUMAR,
Physiotherapist.
