dear friends
Our December 2010 issue of ezine will focus on "Post 1990: whether youth have gained or lost?".
In the post independence era upto 1990, the country was slowly and steadily growing. Many of the people in 50 plus age might have studied only in rural and government schools. The technology was very less. Many people suffered economically. Only during this period, India had revolution in agriculture, banking, technology, space science, atomic energy, etc. We had fought many wars with Pakistan and China. People behind those revolutions were only ordinary middle class people from rural segment.
In the post 1990 era, India developed very fast in various segments like technology, financial position, education, infrastructure, transport, etc. Recently President Obama has also declared that "India has emerged" and not "emerging". Presently, many of the youngsters are financially sound, unlike their earlier generation. Even rural people are migrating to cities and towns. There is always an allegation that we have lost culture, and relationship while chasing money. .
With this background, our December 2010 issue will focus on the gain and loss to the present generation of youth and how to make our system more valuable. We would like to invite the perception of young and old.
For this purpose, we have created an online snap survey in the following link. There are only 10 questions, which need to be ticked. It may take just 3 minutes. Please spare your time and share your views frankly, so that we get a broad based views in the interest of our younger generation.
Please visit the link and share your views. Please also share this with your friends and request them to give their views.
Please share your views before 8th December 2010.
