Though I have never aspired to serve another term or shown interest in contesting the election, TMC Chief Mamata Banerjee, other political parties wanted me to be their candidate. Many, many citizens have also expressed the same wish. It only reflects their love and affection for me and the aspiration of the people. I am really overwhelmed by this support. This being their wish, I respect it. I want to thank them for the trust they have in me.

Dear I wish Kalam not to be in the contest. because he cannot do any thing in this Political scenario. In India President is not a post for Bureacrauts. It has became a pure political nominee. Also my humble opinion is Kalam is not th right fit for the post. As a true Indian I have high regards on him. But due to his instablity in the Presidential race he is losing his credibility. It is better for him to avoid his candidature. Because he is not going to get elected by the votes of the General Public.
