Dear All,     India has 1.5 million Corneally Blind People, increasing at the rate of 30000 per year, in which 60% are Children and youth.   India with 75 lakh deaths last year, with 600 eye Banks all over the country, collected JUST 15000 USABLE eyes ONLY.   August 25th to Septmeber 8th is being celebrated as NATIONAL EYE DONATION FORTNIGHT.   LIVE 100 YEARS.
