[India_Vision_2020] 3 years of UPA II - A review

 

Hi all

Yesterday, UPA II under the Prime Ministership of Dr Manmohan Singh has completed 3 years and has entered the 4th year.  The media has also been reviewing the performance of UPA II in various aspects.

India Vision Group and prpoint group have always been part of the national events sharing the views in a neutral perspective.

I will be happy if the members can share their reviews in brief on the performance of UPA II in the following format.  The review should be fair and neutral and without any personal attack on any leaders.  

We have many eminent bureaucrats, legislators, academicians and media persons in these two groups as members.  Hence, we would like to generate our debate to place on record the review.  Some of the best views will also be published in the May 2012 issue of ezine.

Please confine your review in the following format.  

1.  Major achievements of UPA II in this three years.

2.  Major failures of UPA II in this three years.

3.  The main reasons for the failures specified above.

4.  What are your suggestions to overcome the failure and to improve the performance?

5.  How do you rate the UPA II in the scale 0 to 100??
