Step 1 - Sit on a mat relaxed with backbone erect
Step 2 - Close your eyes gently
Step 3 - Gaze ie See the darkness in front of closed eyes. ie Ur attention should be in darkness
Step 4- Recite the name of the God just one name and same name every time you love mentally seeing into the darkness slowly with love, again and again mentally.
May you the soul pass from this material plane to the world beyond while living now.
Note - When you are ready for inner journey Guru comes to you, you need not go anywhere.
