Hello sir,
As you told, some of the leading universities are not taking blind students for higher studies.Students who want to pursue the most competitive courses like MBA gets depressed since they are not allowed to study.yet some of the universities are considering blind students to study and during exam times those students should arrange their own scribers for their exams. I myself have scribed for BA tamil students. To know more about this ,you can contact the vscribe wing of Chennai social service trust. they are arranging free scribers to many blind students regularly for students doing their ug and pg courses. So i hope we can some useful views from them.
