Our Sep 09 issue of ezine will focus on "IPO preparations".  Initial Public offering (IPO) is an important milestone in the corporate functioning.  Preparation for IPO is an important task for all the companies.  Many issues like corporate governance, transparency, legal formalities, pricing techniques, performance, perception of the market and the communication strategies play important role.

I request the members to share their views and experiences with us.  You may also send us your questions for which you need clarification.   We will try to make this ezine as a  'quick guide' for the companies planning for IPO.
