More than 4000 youth delegates, 1000 associate officials Guests/ VIPS /Invitees /Celebrities / Judges/Sr. Officers of Govt. of India, NYKS, NSS and other States/National Youth Awardees/Conducting officials will attend the 15th National Youth Festival at Bhubaneswar. Youth participants both male and female from all over India will be provided ample opportunities for interaction and exhibiting their cultural prowess. Registration is currently open for competitive and non competitive events. Be a part of the cultural programmes and youth activities which will be held on important venues in Bhubaneswar.
