Hi,

Google has put up this link on their main search page

Information, resources, and ways you can help survivors of the Haiti earthquake.

Google thinks UNICEF and CARE are the organisations we could donate to.

Dear Srinivasji,

Am sure all of us would be aware of the Earth Quake that took place in Haiti (A poorest country in Western Hemisphere). They are in terrible need of some donations now. For now, in US, I have just seen/heard redcross.org (as an official medium) who could take your funds and reach it to the needy. But apparently, Red Cross seems to have the tendency to  put all the donations in a common bucket and use them at their disposal. This is not quite convincing at this hour, as the much needed are the people of Haiti now and I do not want to donate Red Cross, but rather would love to donate Haiti NOW.

Is there anything you heard about or know of anyone whom we could trust to send money and stay assured your money reached the Haiti people??

I am sure at a nation level India might also be offering some kind of assistance to Haiti needs. So, if there is something we can come up with, or any relevant information it shall be very helpful.

Thanks & Regards
