KHWAB FOUNDATION is a non-profit Organization fostering to the dream (KHWAB) of an Indian. Our dream is to achieve the goal of VISION2020. It embodies our belief that patriotism is neither an asset of the resourceful nor exists in exclusivity; its motto is always noble and lies above materialistic barriers. We are a believer of the cult of dreamers who dare to aspire and know how to fabricate their DREAM (KHWAB) into reality. Consequently we felt that now it's our turn to take the driver's seat and contribute to the cause of fulfilling the dream of a Young one and "Social IT"as we term it. The "Social IT" gives a broad idea about our technological reference with our efforts as an OPERATING SYSTEM.
"KHWAB" is as a Natural Environmental OPERATING SYSTEM which holds all the application programs and gives an environment to all programs for execution. Let's start writing our own programming code & develop required software for achieving the output of Developed India.

"Khwab Foundation" is a dream, a vision, a strategy plan to achieve development and participation of all sections of society, with a focus on selected areas and rural development & awareness. We all know that there are many NGOs in Urban area but a less no of NGOs in rural area who working with devotion. We think if we are able to develop our rural area in all aspects, then we can reach our mission 2020. Our goal is clear:

Maximum of our population comes from villages; we have a single minded focus on development of INDIA. In Villages, there are ignorance about our INDIA. They don't know more what is happening in INDIA. So, we have focused only on the backward area of villages and working for making awareness about importance of education.
About Champaran Mukhiya Summit – 2016
As Mahatma Gandhi said, "The soul of India lives in its villages". He had recognized the fact at that time when Satyagraha has started in 1917, that without development of our villages the development of our Country is not possible.To make a remarkable step, Khwab Foundation is organizing a first ever summit for the ground leaders of our villages i.e Champaran Mukhiya Summit with its allied organization on 29th&30th January in Motihari marking Gandhi Pakhwara, Bihar, INDIA.
We know that Panchayat is the unit of governance which work for betterment of those villages to fulfill the dream of villages and Society. These panchayats are governed by Mukhiya. Hence it becomes the responsibility of the social organizations to appreciates, help, guide those leaders at ground to achieve the dream of our nation. Because we believe without development of villages, India can't be developed.
This summit is organized to appreciate Mukhiya of different blocks of districts East Champaran & West Champaran (Earlier Collectively known as Champaran) for their work at ground. As well as to showcase their work to other people so that they can be followed by others for betterment of our society.
In this summit, work of other social worker will be showcased so that they can be followed as role model for Mukhiya.
Aim:
The aim of this Summit is to recognize those mukhiya who have done commendable jobs in their panchayata as well as to motivate them to follow others as well as the model of Mahatma Gandhi.

Explanation:
§ Mukhiya Summit:- This summit is organized to appreciate Mukhiya of different blocks of districts East Champaran & West Champaran (Earlier Collectively known as Champaran) for their work at ground. As well as to showcase their work to other people so that they can be followed by others for betterment of our society.
§ Oral Presentations/ Paper Presentations:-we are organizing a 1st National Level Paper presentation on Science & Technology, Development related topics like- "Environmental Tourism, Development Environment, Researches in the field of Computer Science, Space Science, Robotics, Electronics, Health, Geography, Waste management, Bio Chemistry,Waste Recycling, Civil & Mechanical Engineering, Nano Science, Game Design & Development, Future Technology etc." In this paper presentation, various Researchers/ Academicians/ Scholars/ Scientists will present their paper in Motihari; on the land, where Mahatma Gandhi had started his work.
§ Champarana Bhagya Vidhata:- Champaran Bhagya Vidhata is a diary(smaarika) which will showcase the work of the people who are working for Champaran or belongs from Champaran and have done commendable work for society. "It will get published in every 3 years to showcase the work & development made by these people."
§ Sirha – A Panchayat, A Role Model:- Sirha is a panchayat in Pakdidayal Block of East Champaran, where Khwab Foundation has worked for last 6 years on a model for developing the panchayat.

Submission of Abstracts:-
Participants are requested to send abstracts of their original research work in A4-size word document in Times New Roman style. Title of the abstract should be bold and text should be normal. Font size for title is 14 and 12 for text. The entire abstract must be single spaced. Title should be aligned centered and text must be justified. The length of the abstract should not exceedmore than 250 words. Acceptance notification will be communicated to authors by mail. The author of the accepted abstract must send their full length paper on before January-20, 2016. Key words have to be given in separate line.
Send all contributions by email to champaranms2016.scientific@gmail.com with the key words "abstract submission" as a subject line not later than January-25, 2016.
Registration Details:-
Only registered delegates will be permitted to present and participate in scientific session. Interested delegates are requested to send the registration fee along with the abstract and registration form to the Director-Conference at the earliest. One registered participant can present only favour of "KHWAB FOUNDAION".
