Mr T S Krishnamurthy and Mr N Gopalaswamy (both former Chief Election Commissioners of India) were the Chief Guests. A CD containing all the past 50 ezines, 50 podcasts and 30 cartoons were released. Two top performing MPs Mr Hansraj Gangaram Ahir (Chandrapur) and Mr S S Ramasubb (Tirunelveli) were also honoured. 5 NGOs and 3 National pride organisations were also honoured.
