Sir,
Thank you for your invitation.
Since I am in Chennai I am unable to participate in the seminar.
I have one question to the participants of the seminar:
Remember 1998 Feb Coimbatore bomb blast.
AFTER 10 LONG YEARS OF LEGAL BATTLE IN THE SPECIAL COURT AT
COIMBATORE, WITH OUTDATED INDIAN PENAL CODES, AND SELF CENTRED
POLITICIAN COMING TO POWER IN THE STATE
MOST OF THE DREADED TERRORIST CAME OUT IN BAIL RECENTLY.
MY QUESTION IS " WHO IS ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIS? "
THIS IS NOT HAPPENING IN COIMBATORE BOMB BLAST CASE IN MOST TERROR
RELATED CASES IN OUR COUNTRY SAME THING HAPPENS. EVEN WHEN IN
COIMBAATORE JAIL THESE TERRORIST ENJOYED ALL COMFORTS.
WHENEVER THERE IS A BOMB BLAST MEDIA AND POLICE CREATE A HYPE FOR
ONE OR TWO DAYS THATS ALL. AND THE LOCAL POLICE INVESTIGATE IT LIKE
A FROG IN A WELL AND CLOSE THE MATTER.
WHAT KIND OF LAW WE ARE IN URGENT NEED AND WHAT KIND OF CENTRALISED
AUTHORITATIVE AUTHORITY NEEDED LIKE ELECTION COMMISSION TO DEAL WITH
THIS EMERGENCY SITUATION AT PRESENT?
CONTRARY TO OUR COUNTRY, WHEN BOMB BLAST TOOK PLACE IN LONDON TUBE
TRAIN, NO VISUAL IMAGE OR PHOTO WAS SHOWN IN THE MEDIA.
Best wishes and regards
