It is about one year after the bomb blasts at Lumbini park and Gokul chat in Hyderabad on 25^th August, 2007 wherein about 40 people were killed. Bomb blasts continue to happen at various places like Jaipur, Bangalore and Ahmedabad. In this back ground,
