[India_Vision_2020] Contacts of PURA mission

HI, I am very much interested in the PURA mission of Vision2020 and want to get associated with it intensively. I have some personal experiences also to share with them. But i am not able to get any contact of PURA. I tried to contact on this email id: editors@pura.org.in, but e-mails were not getting delivered. I didn't able to find any other contact info from its site www.Pura.org .   Any pointers in this will be greatly appreciated.     Regards, Manjit N.
