We are happy to release the Feb 2010 issue of our ezine on the theme 'Business Communication'. As you all know, Business Communication skills are needed for every professional to succeed in their career.
In this issue, we have broadly covered non verbal communication, writing skills, presentation skills, listening, preparation of reports, etc. These are all only illustrative and not exhaustive. The purpose of this issue is only to create an awareness about the importance of Business communication. The readers are requested get further deep knowledge by reading good books or attending courses.
Also handling of public grievances is an important aspect in Business communication. We have shared our actual experience with State Bank of India and ICICI Bank.
