Presently the 'employee retention' in any company has become a big HR challenge. Even many big companies face this problem from the employees. March 2010 issue of ezine PR-e-Sense will deal with this theme "Employee retention".
For this purpose, we want to know, as to why the employees jump from one organisation to another and what are their expectations. We also want to examine whether salary is the only motivating factor for the employees for their loyalty. To get the views of working professionals, preferably youngsters, we have designed an online survey in the following link:
