We are happy to release the 49th Edition of our ezine PR-e-Sense on the theme "Employee Retention". Probably readers may recall that we conducted an online snap survey on the perception of employees during early March, to find out the reasons for employee attrition. We have made this edition, based on the outcome of our survey.
In addition to the broad findings of the survey, we have also brought out the general perception of employees on their 'immediate bosses' and vice versa.
This issue will be an eye opener for both the management and the employees. You may circulate this ezine among your contacts too.

We are also happy to inform that our next issue is the milestone 'Golden Jubilee edition' i.e. the 50th Edition. We are carrying an exclusive interview with Dr A P J Abdul Kalam (Former President of India) on various interesting topics. This special issue will be released in a simple function at Chennai on 1st May 2010 in the presence of many eminent personalities. The theme of the 50th Edition is "UnSung Heroes". .
