[India_Vision_2020] Dr Abdul Kalam appeals youth to spare one hour daily for body and mind

dear friends

Former Indian President Dr Abdul Kalam turns 78 today (15th October).  On behalf of our group, I wish him a very happy birthday and pray His Almighty to give him a long life and guide the youth of the world.

When we  met Dr Kalam on 7th October, along with India Vision group members, I recorded an exclusive message from him for releasing on his birthday.

In this exclusive message, Dr Kalam appeals to all young people to spare one hour for body and mind to keep good health.  "Unless there is a wall, you can not draw pictures", he says.

He suggests 3D Healthcare.  (1) Take as much fibrous food (2) spend one hour  in walk or games or any physical exercise daily and (3) sit on Meditation daily.   Dr Kalam says that even at this age of 78, he never misses his walk of one hour daily, whenever he is.

Please listen to his message in the following link and also circulate amongst your friends
