A very noble gesture. In these days, when we hear people fighting with neighbours claiming a few inches of space at the time of compound wall construction or the protruding trees or a vehicle passed opposite someone else's compound, it is really rare to see that still there are such good souls do exist who can actually donate two ACRES of land to government. We speak of corrupt government officials, inefficient departments, ill-maintained public schools, but how many still feel the urge to donate something of this sort to government.
May such tribe increase. Kudos to your team for bringing out the gesture from such unsung heroes.

| Dear Sir My Father Shri Somanagouda Biradar, resident of Padekanur, Taluk: Muddebihal District: Bijapur, Karnataka State, donated two acres of my land to Govt for building up of Highschool at my village . I had 5 acres of land in my name out of which i donated 2 acres. This highschool will be usefull to my village besides surrounding 5 to 6 villages also. Offcourse many land lords are in my village but none are ready to donate even a inch of land. Even though my field is 1 km far from village, Govt agreed to establish Highschool there.
