Dear Mr. Srinivasan, March 2009 Ezine is very good information for all. It explains many things in detail. It let us know what is exactly happening with our voting and why should one utilise this right to vote as a responsibility to choose right representative. Also you attached information about 49' O Rule. We should forward information to every Indian and awaken people who try to make comments like there is no candidate to vote or something like that.
