A few Suggestions to ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA
- Pass mandatory rules to change the names of all existing caste based organizations, political parties.
- Eradicate no further commencement of any caste based organization or political party in the territory of India.
- Pass a rule that a minister should have a minimum experience or qualification pertaining to his ministry. (A person who do not have basic knowledge of Agriculture can not become an Agriculture minister and empower or force orders on an under secretary who obviously have wide technical knowledge in the respective field). Ministry is not their own to share or purchase or demand to their fashion.
- A Democratic party which can not produce at least a minimum of 20 MP's in 2 consecutive elections will lose their party identity and the party is not eligible to stand in any elections further.
- A Local party which is centered in State alone must not stand for Parliament elections. It is mandatory only National Parties which can produce at least 20 MP's from at least 2 states in an election can only stand for Parliament elections.
- Indians are not fools to elect some one who stands from a prison after committing en number of crimes, ( It is compulsory disqualification of candidature if he is found to be with any criminal background whether proven or not.).
- Implement strict orders in announcing free packages to public in their election manifesto. (Who are they to issue free utilities or anything else from our Taxes, if at all they are interested to give let them give from their "PARTY FUND").
- In order to avoid rigging or malfunctions in casting vote bring "ONLINE VOTING" (why not when we are conducting exams and maintaining many things on online), this will bring educated and every one to vote. We can issue separate pass words based on PAN numbers. This will avoid spending of huge amounts on elections either by election commission or by candidates.
- It is mandatory for each MLA and MP to declare their earnings and show their Personal balance sheet, publish in a national newspaper at the end of every financial year.

Technology only can bring down Corruption to some extent. We can bring down this by implementing certain strict rules at all levels. However we have to bring ethics in the minds to think broadly to lose their selfishness to eradicate their greed and jealousy to think rationally for a BETTER TOMORROW and BEST INDIA.
