Dear Mr. Srinivasan,
It is quite surprise and different from people words. But i can also say that for all my RTO related works for two/four wheelers i went personally to RTO South where i have not paid any extra money so far.At last what you said was correct that we should feel like to do our job on ownselves and avoid the mediators,
