His uncanny skill to motivate all the young people has once again been reflected. This represents "Motivation breeds motivation" .. May this spread even wider and bring about lot of leadership hidden in all of us !

Hi everyone ,this is vinoth from V trust .11th august THE HAPPIEST day
in my life. thanks to SRINIVASAN sir for providing me such a wonderful
day .it was around 11.45 am sir called me and asked me to be there at
airport by 12.30 and he said very casually that am going to shake
hands with THE GREAT MAN DR.A.P.J.Abdulkalam sir and there will be a
little conversation with KALAM sir...i could not beleive wat he was
saying for a min because srinivasan sir said that in such a casual
tone .i immediately started to airport.At airport i met 10 people from
diff org who were waiting along with me to meet Kalam sir..
Every one of us were very excited when we entered the VIP longue
..KALAm sir greeted every one of us and welcomed us with his Calm
polite gigantic smile .after we got settled I was surprised wen KALAM
sir immediately asked each one of us wat projects we are doin
individually . the way he listened to each of our projects , the
excitement he showed while we described working of our projects, the
way he expressed his happiness... it was awesome..i have heard about
KALAM sir's humbleness and politeness but that day i visualized it .
he called every one of us "sir" including me who was the youngest
among people who met him tht day ..he was talking this way "neenga
sollunga sir enna pannreenga?" in tamil the first sentence he talked
to me..he asked every one of us how we are executing our projects,
planning for tht etc etc ... the eagerness he showed was awesome ...
while we were about to leave i went to him to get his autograph he saw
me and asked "neenga b.com padichurukeengala" i was stunned wen he
asked that because i said that i completed B.com to sir wen each of
us introduced ourself to him which was almost an hour back and why i
was stunned because there were 10 of us who got introduced.. i replied
"yes sir"... KALAM sir again asked me " vinoth are you doing any C.A
kind of courses" i replied "no sir but am studying for A.C.S sir"
immediately KALAM sir said " no neenga I.A.S padinga sir, neengalaam
dhaan I.A.S padikanum" i was just shocked in happiness cos he was
holding my hands while saying tht.. he then patted my shoulder which
for me was very very encouraging and motivating and wished "all the
best" .. i cant believe even now ..i fell on his feet got blessings
and came out with lot of energy and happiness ..
i really don know whether i ll be able to become an I.A.S but as of
now AM going to go for classes am going to try my best..am gong to try
and fulfil wat tht GREAT MAN asked me to do..
THANKYOU SRINIVASAN SIR..it was a day that i din even imagine about...
it was awesome ...it was a meeting may be around 1 hour but tht GREAT
MAN has created a positive impact in me ...AUG11th was a great day ..
i want you to arrange for a meting where KALAM sir can meet many
youngsters like me asap . all my trust members are very eager for tht
day .. thankyou once again sir.
