| On this auspicious occasion of Republic Day i would like to make you known of a man named Mr.Kajal Goswami who is making a silent revolution of empowering rural folks with his BPO company. He gives training to the rural folk and equip them with the necessary knowledge for them to be suitable for working for his BPO which serves countries like USA, UK, etc., His company has got into financial constraints of not getting the due payment of Rs48 Lacs from a Bhutan company and though Indian embassy had put its efforts, he is yet to get the amount. Now his company "Sajal's Info Solution Pvt Ltd" is in dire financial straits with him not being able to renew his company's website and has not paid salary for his employees. The beauty is that his employees who are from a rural background continue to work for his company without getting a single rupee as salary and with an aim to make the company earn enough revenue and make up profit. Few months back Mr.Kajal had decided to sell off some of his personal assets to pay his employees' salary for which he had faced stiff opposition from his own employees that they will not a single rupee from him. Such is the scenario for a company which has got its vision to develop rural India Such is the great hearts in the rural folk that they work hard with the sole aim to uplift the ailing company which once had paid them nicely .
