[India_Vision_2020] Request and suggestions for effective usage of laptop provided to schools in tamilnadu

Hi all I heard that tamilnadu government is providing schools with
laptops.But it looks like some help is need them to use it very
effectively, i mean full use of it. .Can we help them ? Give us some
suggestions what can be done for the effective usage of it.
