Dear young Indians,

I have a real life story to tell you.
I am working in Railways.
One day I happened to stay near a workspot in a village all alone. It
was dusk and the workers were taking rest. I was sitting in our jeep.
As it was after a long hazarduous day's work, people were chit
chatting. Suddenly I heard one young man asking another middle aged
man - Annae, ennaiku sambalam koduppangala( Whether the salary will be
paid that day?) The other man asked him - why? what are you going to
do with it? The young man replied - I have to pay college fees
tommorrow. If they dont pay me today, I have to pay penalty also. I
was taken aback. I came out and approached the young man I asked him
what he was doing. He said his name was Vinod Balan, staying in a
village and studying B.Sc in a college. His father told him that he is
at liberty to study but he cannot expect the fees from him since he is
working as a watchman in a private factory and so he cannot afford to
pay the fees.
So,this young man tried to find a part time job. Railway Construction
work came in handy. He worked for three days and two nights so that he
can earn the college fees and he was ready to work for another night -
a night's work will earn more than a day's work.
I started helping him and he is now continuing his studies. Like
minded friends are also helping me.
I am proud of you, young India.

with regards
Mohanan
