[India_Vision_2020] Ponder about great governance

Some thing to ponder   An Olympic shooter wins a Gold Medal(Only a Game) & Govt gives him 3 Cr + awards. Another Shooter Dies fighting with terrorists and saving our country and lives of our country men & Govt pays his family 5 lacs. The great Governance! Government implements Sixth Pay commission recommendations and ensures that Millitary chiefs gets less salary than Secretaries. Even Senior IPS officers gets less salary than Secretaries. MARCOS could reach after 4.30 Hours of attack because of formality in Government that is bureaucratic and NSG after 9.30 Hrs. The greatest responsibility! Many Commondos (from armed forces) and Policemen died fighting terrorism. No responsible person from the Government(i.e. Bureacracy) was there to fight terrorists. The Great Governance! Two home ministers resigns. Govt hit two birds by one stone shifting FM Chidambaram to Home minister but no Secreatry is held responsible and asked to resign taking respomsibility. The Great Governance! Buracrates are part of permanent Governance. Politician forms temporary Governments. The politicians are providing just shield to bureacrates. The bureucrates best salary in India without any accountability and responsibility. The Great Governance! Think that whho is truely responsible for all these. Is it those who are part of permanent Government or those who constitute the temporary Government which gets changed in 5 years and some time even less than five years. It is high time when we must think about who are true responsible for all these. Is it only politicians are bureacrates who have build a system which can not see beyond themself. Please think and propogate it to each Indian. It is time when we should proud of our Great Country and do something to find out who are responsible for system failures and why? Then only we can correct it otherwise we will always hit wrong target, the politicians and no reform will take place. India needs true administrative reform where service to nation comes before administration.
