[India_Vision_2020] Re: Former Chief Election Commissioner on Electoral reforms - Podcast

Dear Sreenivasan,

I am a new member to the group from Mumbai. As you rightly pointed
out, election to loksabha and major states is fast approaching. This
group can play major role in educating the public about India's
political leadership.

I have a thought. On the line of wiki, can we start building profiles
of all our political representatives - ( like Know your MP, Know your
MLA series). The wiki can capture the experience, track record,
affiliation and other critical traits.

As a start, I am willing to open WIKI about the mumbai MPs / MLAs.

This can be extended to cover all major candidates in future so that
people are able to take voting decisions based on right information.

Information like this available in public domain will act as a
counterbalance in selection of candidates.
